Refund Policy
If you have received your order and need to discuss or organise a return, exchange or refund please contact us by email. You will find our contact details on the your order confirmation email and delivery note that is included with the goods. Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 7 days. Unfortunately postage is non-refundable unless the product is faulty/damaged. We recommend you use a signed for service as we cannot be responsible for items that go missing or are returned damaged. Please include a note with your return stating the reason for the return and remember to include your contact details and order reference number.
